The PD-3i accurately records dose information from 0 mR to
999R and has a dose rate range of 0 mR to 500 R/h with no fold-over up to
1000 R/h. These dosimeters operate from any AA format battery, any
chemistry, including standard 1.5 volt alkaline batteries. The PD-3i will
run for more than 2,000 hours on a single alkaline battery. The Liquid
Crystal Display on the dosimeter steps through Total Dose, Dose Rate,
Stay-Time, and Set-Point Confirmation displays. The PD-3i is operational
as a stand alone dosimeter or it can be used with other dosimetry
products.
